High Speed Presses

All current carrying Copper & Copper Alloy components are produced on High Speed Mechanical Presses at high speeds. These presses range from 10 Tonnes upto 80 Tonnes capacity. We run complex Progressive Sheet Metal Tools to manufacture extremely high precision components with complex bends and features. Specialized in-die tapping operations can also be performed with connected auxiliary systems.

Our Bihler Multislide machines utilize a unique slide tooling system that allows for simultaneous and synchronized movement of multiple forming tools. This technology enables the machine to perform multiple operations, such as bending, stamping, and forming, in a single stroke along with final thread formation. It eliminates the need for secondary operations, resulting in higher productivity and reduced manufacturing costs.
