Every product which Connectwell Engineering Team develops goes through a gate controlled process which takes into account various facets of product design namely form, fit, function, material. The design process also ensures that each product designed and developed undergoes a thorough check for its manufacturability right at the design stage. The design team aspires to deliver every design on a 'First Time Right' principal. For achieving this we actively use tools such as FEA, DFMEA, PFMEA, Proto Type Evaluation, Control Plan and Key Parameter List.
At Connectwell we focus not just on the quality of the components produced but also on improving the reliability of the manufacturing process itself. Connectwell’s team of quality engineers are extensively trained on tools like Six Sigma, FMEA, 8D, SPC etc. This ensures that every manufacturing process remains in a cycle of continuous improvement and the output of each process progressively improves on an every day basis.
