At Connectwell we have a culture of constantly improving the 4 Ms of production.
We constantly work towards optimizing our raw material input. Right from storage, to mixing, to dehumidification and final feeding of the machines, we have systems which ensure the correct conditioning and handling of raw materials. We also constantly work with newer material grades, so as to keep improving and optimizing our processes and products.
Our journey from hand moulding machines to fully automated CNC All Electric Machines is testatment to the fact that we have a focus on constantly improving our production processes. Aided by TPM tools we are able to maintain our moulding machines in a manner that they deliver accurate output with a high level of repeatability.
The Connectwell culture is steeped in learning. Our Learning and Development program ensures that every member of our team has the necessary skill and technical knowledge to carry out their work with utmost efficiency. This is achieved with a variety of tools from class room trainings, to on shop hand holding.
We have an incessant focus on improving SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost) parameters of the moulding process. This has lead us to a consistently high level of Overall Equipment Efficiency. We also follow TPM principals as part of our continuous improvement process.
No process can operate at its peak efficiency without the right tooling. The high precision moulds, manufactured and maintained by our In-House, World Class Tool Room are one of the most important pillars that ensures a highly efficient moulding process which produces products of the highest quality. Our moulds are built to SPI 101 manufacturing class and are machined with dimensional accuracy of 5 microns. Also our multi-tiered mould and tool maintenance system ensures that our Moulds and Tools are always maintained to the highest possible standard.
