Sandeep is the glue that holds together a team of eclectic professionals and helps them all build the future of Connectwell. In the moments between living and breathing Connectwell, Sandeep loves to experiment with his culinary skills on his friends and family.
Shailendra is a stalwart at Connectwell who has seen it grow from an organization with a few people to now almost a thousand souls. His intricate knowledge of manufacturing processes goes beyond just normal manuals, SOPs and checklists to the most microscopic levels. An avid listener of Indian classical music you may find him relaxing behind a tabla playing beautiful percussion.
Nishant is a through and through engineer who ensures that every person in Connectwell understands the value of quality in every process we engage in and every product we make. When not found in training rooms and quality labs, you can find him taking solace hiking and trekking.
Ishwar has a tremendous ability to hold and drive large teams together across all areas of operations to produce and deliver high quality products consistently. If not seen driving a point on the shop floors of Connectwell, you may find him in his farms in his hometown.
Sumit has the knack of hand holding large sales teams to ensure that there is always a great opportunity pipeline and every opportunity is handled to the best possible level. A foodie at heart, it is easy to sway his decisions with simple wood fired pizzas.
June specializes in the demanding task of mapping individuals goals with the organization and ensuring that Team Connectwell delivers on both. When not found mothering connectwell team, she can be found lost in thought writing beautiful rhymes.
Daxesh has the unique ability to hone creativity with engineering discipline in his team to produce world class products. When not seen hovering over engineering drawings or tools, Daxesh can be found on the pitch of the local cricket ground hitting the ball to the boundary.
Manohar has a tremendous ability to connect with people from across geographies and cultures and translate the same into some amazing business relations. An avid learner, if you find his eyes closed and relaxed, he is not dozing off.. just learning something new from audio books.
For the last 30 years, Hitendra has been the go to guy for every single person when crisis strikes. His ability to act and not react in the most stressful situations is a thing of legends. If not putting out fires and pacifying individuals he will be found cycling or running to keep his inner peace and health.
