Environment, Occupational Health and Safety protection (EOHS), has been one of
the key objectives at Connectwell. There is a continuous drive to succeed and develop safe, secure and sustainable practices, ensuring continuous improvement in processes.

    Employee Consultation and participation The effectiveness of the EOHS management system can only be
    enhanced by developing a culture of worker consultation & participation within the organisation.
    We believe that, people will co-operate and engage more willingly with an EOHS management when their
    opinions and knowledge have been expressed and listened to. Therefore, at Connectwell we encourage active
    and ongoing participation and consultation with workers in the development and review of EOHS practices and,
    where appropriate, the development of the EOHS management system.

    Pollution prevention is a key to sustainability. Pollution results from waste. The best way to deal with pollution is
    to prevent it from being created in the first place. This means finding new efficiencies, doing things smarter, and
    valuing every resource. At Connectwell we promotes RRR (Reduce – Reuse – Recycle) concept to prevent the
    pollution generation.

    Redvuce : - The most effective way to eliminate waste and reduce pollution is to avoid creating it. Source
    reduction prevents the generation of waste in the first place and thereby minimizes the environmental impact.
    We did thorough study of all Environmental Aspects and
    impacts to identify environmental hazards and established actions to mitigate these hazards.

    Reuse & Re-cycle: - Wherever possible we try to Reuse the resources and avoid high consumption on natural
    resources and most of our raw material is recyclable which helps in conservation of resources.

    Continuous improvement of EOHS performance Management review is one of the excellent opportunity where
    we consider all aspects and opportunities where continual improvement is possible. This is a platform where the
    results from analysis and evaluation of EOHS performance, results of compliance, audits and corrective actions
