Spring Clamp Terminal Blocks are engineered for secure, vibration-proof, and maintenance-free connections, making them the ideal choice for demanding industrial applications. Designed with high-grade pre-stressed springs, these terminal blocks ensure anti-loosening, gas-tight connections, even in environments with severe vibrations.

Featuring an innovative hands-free wiring mechanism, the CX Series simplifies installation. The spring is actuated using a screwdriver, which is inserted through a dedicated entry point. Once engaged, the screwdriver remains held by the spring resistance force, allowing for effortless wire insertion. Upon inserting the wire, the screwdriver can be easily removed, ensuring a consistent and reliable connection.

Unlike screw clamp terminal blocks that rely on external torque for clamping force, CX Series terminal blocks utilize a spring mechanism to apply constant clamping force. This ensures a secure connection throughout the lifespan of the wiring, eliminating the need for periodic re-tightening and providing unmatched reliability and efficiency.

CX35 - 35mm² Feedthrough Terminal Block

CX35 is designed to accommodate wire sizes up to 35mm² & is an excellent choice for high current applications, ensuring efficient power transmission while eliminating the need for periodic re-tightening. Unlike screw-clamp terminals that rely on torque, the spring clamp mechanism maintains a constant clamping force, preventing loosening due to vibrations or thermal cycling.

CXVF Series

Designed for space constrained applications, CXVF Vertical Fuse Terminal Blocks provide efficient circuit protection while ensuring easy fuse replacement in compact spaces. Built to withstand the harsh conditions of sever vibration environments, these terminal blocks offer robust connections, vibration resistance, and long-term durability. The user-friendly design allows for quick fuse changes without disturbing adjacent wiring, reducing maintenance time and improving system reliability. These terminal blocks are compatible with ⌀5x20mm, ⌀5x25mm, and ⌀6.3x32mm glass fuses and are also available in multiconnection variants.

With a small footprint, these terminal blocks are suitable for 2.5mm² wire sizes making them ideal for small junction boxes and control panels where space optimization is critical. Additionally, a ground terminal with the same profile as the feedthrough terminal is available, ensuring seamless grounding solutions within the same compact design. These terminals are designed for quick and secure mounting on industry-standard DIN 15 rails, providing easy integration into existing installations.

CXS Series

CXS Series Terminal Blocks feature side-entry wiring combined with spring clamp technology for a secure and easy connection. The pre-stressed spring is designed with two actuation points – one on the top and one on the side – making the wiring process more convenient and user-friendly. These terminal blocks are available in a range of wire sizes, including 2.5mm², 4mm², 6mm², and 10mm², along with corresponding ground terminal blocks for each wire size.

DIN Rail Free Installations with Panel Mount Terminal

CM Series - Compact & Stackable

Panel Mount Terminal Blocks are designed for space-constrained applications, offering a compact and efficient wiring solution without the need for DIN rail mounting. These terminal blocks can be directly mounted onto a panel surface using screws that pass through integrated notches in the end plates, ensuring a secure and stable installation. They are suitable for wire sizes of 1.5mm², 2.5mm², and 4mm². Available in both top and side wire entry configurations, these terminals provide flexibility in wiring layout, and are offered in 2-conductor and 4-conductor variants for efficient multi-wire connections. Additionally, their stackable design enables easy expansion and organized wiring, making them perfect for control panels, junction boxes, and other compact enclosures where DIN rail space is unavailable or limited.
