Relay Interface Module With Fuse

Relay Interface Modules with Fuse integrate protection and switching in a compact form factor. Available in 1CO and 2CO relay configurations, these modules feature onboard fuses to protect downstream circuits against short-circuits and overloads. The modules provide visible fuse status for quick diagnostics. Customers benefit from increased circuit safety, minimized need for additional external protection devices, and faster fault localization during maintenance. Connectwell’s Relay Interface Modules with Rectifier offer enhanced protection and operational flexibility by enabling DC relay operation with AC or DC inputs. Available with 1CO and 2CO relay configurations, these modules incorporate an internal rectifier circuit, making them suitable for polarity-independent operations. Features include LED coil status indication, low coil power consumption and rugged mechanical design. Customer benefits include simplified wiring (no need to observe input polarity), added surge protection and improved reliability of control systems. These modules are perfectly suited for industries where mixed voltage systems exist, such as in utilities, manufacturing and infrastructure automation.

Relay Interface Modules With DSUB Connectors

Connectwell's Relay Interface Modules with a male DSUB 37 connector option simplifies wiring in multi-channel relay applications and ensures fast, organized connections, . These modules are available in both 1CO and 2CO configurations, providing flexibility based on switching requirements. The DSUB interface allows multiple signals to be connected quickly through a single connector, significantly reducing wiring time and errors. Designed for industrial reliability, the modules support switching currents up to 10 A at 250 VAC or 30 VDC, They feature low coil drive current (4.7 mA to 100 mA), LED indication for relay actuation and coil protection with a freewheeling diode.

PLC Specific Relay Interface Modules

Connectwell’s PLC Specific Relay Interface Modules are precisely engineered to provide seamless and efficient interfacing between PLCs and field devices. They are available as 16 I/O modules for Schneider PLCs, 32 I/O modules for Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs, 16 I/O modules for CNC machines and 32 Channel DI modules.
